The following memrers were present: <br /> <br />.Acting Mayor Curley, Trustees Goodricb, Grauel and Shields <br />And the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarbolm <br /> <br />Member Sh1 aldJI <br />and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the fol1owi~; resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1194 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSHEN'IS FOR SPECIAL Il1PROiJEHENTS ON <br />PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILlE IN 1964 . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Rosenlle acquired in 1964 for <br />Right-of' -Way <br />the following parcel of property as hereinafter described, and <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said parcel of property had, at the time that it was e.cquired <br />by the Village, an assessment for local improvements which had been spread <br />against said parcel of property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville now desires to cancel said spread <br />assessment because of its ownersh ip of said parcel of property, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT:qEOOLVED BY THE VILlAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILUGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTh, AS FOLLO'NS: <br />
