EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~ffiETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD April 5, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 5, 1965, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas Curley. Acting Mayor; and Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: Mayor Cedarholm Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1l95-A WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville and the Colonial Furniture Company, a Minnesota corporation, have entered into an agreement whereby the Village is to convey to the Colonial Furniture Company the following described real property situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota, to-wit: The North Two Hundred Fifth-Two Feet of the East Five Hundred Feet (N.252' of E.500') of the Southeast Quarter (S.E.l/4) of Section Four (4), Township Twenty-nine North (29 N.), Range Twenty-three West (23W.), according to Government survey; subject to easements for public roads and easements, if any, for public utilities. and I~EREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. I 412.121, Thomas Curley has been appointed by the Village of Roseville as Acting Mayor; and WHEREAS, Mayor End 1 Ced arho 1m is present 1y out of the State of Minnesota; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: Thomas Curley is hereby appointed and directed to execute a Warranty Deed on behalf of the Vi llage of Rosevi lle for the above described real property to the Colonial Furniture Company. a Minnesota corporation, along with the Village Clerk and Manager, Richard W. Turnlund.
