EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON APRIL 12, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, April 12, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLlTfION NO. 1196 WHEREAS, Eli Tarziu and Flora Tarziu are owners of record for Lot 6, Block 3, Capitol View Terrace Addition; and WHEREAS, said Eli Tarziu and Flora Tarziu did as a condition of the purchase of said property from Clifford Lund, required that Clifford Lund pay all installments on special assessments and property tax due for the latter half of 1958 and the year 1959; and WHEREAS, said Clifford Lund did make such payment to the Ramsey County Audi tor; and WHEREAS, the office of the Ramsey County Auditor errored in receipting the payment of such taxes and special assessments by crediting the payment of such taxes and special assessments to Lot 7, Block 3, Capitol View Terrace Addition; and WHEREAS, proceedings have now been instigated for tax sale of Lot 6, Block 3, Capitol View Terrace for failure to pay the taxes in 1958 and 1959; and WHEREAS, the State Commissioner of Taxation will not abate the real estate taxes against said property unless the municipal council agrees to cancel the installments of special assessments on sanitary sewer due that year; and
