EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE) MINNESOTA) HELD ON APRIL 12, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, April 12, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Gomdrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1199 WHEREAS, the Village Council adopted Resolution No. 1175 on March IS, 1965, establishing a public hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Improvements 65-7, 65-8 and 65-9 for April 22, 1965; and WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution No. 1176 on March 22, 1965, by changing the public hearing date for Storm Sewer Improvements 65-7, 65-8 and 65-9 to April 21, 1965; and WHEREAS, the legal notice for the public hearing on April 21, 1965, was not published in smfficient time to meet requirements of Chapter 429, Minnesota Statutes; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that: 1. The public hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Improvements 65-7, 65-8 and 65-9 be changed to 7:30 P.M.) C.S.T. at Lexington Elementary School, 2151 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 28th day of April, 1965.
