EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 19, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 19, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1200 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted April 5, 1965, a report has been prepared by the Village Public Works Director wi th reference to the improvement of Ryan Avenue between Prior Avenue and a cul-de-sac approximately 450 feet to the west by installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street surfacing, curb and gutter, together with the necessary ~cquisition of right-of-way and this report was received by the Council on April 19, 1965; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $17,000.00. 2. Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 17th day of May, 1965, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 P.M., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being held thereon, all members voted in favor thereof.
