EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF lliE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 19, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 19, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1201 A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION Ai"JD ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the North Hill Addition by surfacing of streets, together with necessary drainage facilities and curb and gutter in that addition, filed with the Council on April 19, 1965, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in conforming with Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.035. 2. Petition is hereby referred to the Village Public Works Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the established cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon a vote being held thereon, all members voted in favor thereof. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
