<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of ftcseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br /> <br />19th day of April, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.~ <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee <br /> <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />QRDE1UNG ADVEN1'ISEMEN'l' FOR <br />BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a reeolut~n passed by the Village <br /> <br />Council on September 14, 1964, Banister ED;1Peering Co. has <br /> <br />prepared plans and .pecj.fications for Water ~ No. <br /> <br />64-7, Proj ect 1 and have presented such pl~ and. .r"""c:.1~ tOnii' <br /> <br />to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />
