<br />EXHIBIT "A" RESOLUTION <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 26, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 26, 1965, <br />at 4:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Trustee Grauel <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1205 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that Richard W. Turnlund, Clerk, be and he <br />is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the Village <br />of Roseville, a public entity established under the laws of the <br />State of Minnesota, this application and to file it in the approp- <br />riate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal <br />financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 875, <br />81st Congress; 42 U.S.C. 1855-1855g). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being held thereon, all <br />those present voted in favor thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, <br />this 26th day of April, 1965. <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />I, Richard W.
