<br />and the following against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />GOQp.;rt.s;b <br /> <br />then introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Re solut ion No. 120R <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />. ,Project No. 65-8 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO <br />MINNESOTA STATurES. CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing <br />pursuant to published notice, on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement <br />Project 65-8, consisting of a small project of laterals and outlet <br />storm sewers wherein the waters now standing on Sherren Street and <br />Oxford Street will be collected and discharged into an existing <br />pond lying in a low area lying east of Oxford Street and south of <br />Sherren, at a cost estimated presently to,be "apPl'oximately $39,900, <br />all subs1;antiai-iy in 'accordance with a preliminpry engineering "report <br />which"" is now _ 00 file tn th~ off ice of the Village Clerk; and having <br />considered the views of all interested persons and being fully ad- <br />vised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order' <br />that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special <br />assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed for said improvement will consist of the property as des- <br />cribed in the notice of hearing, or portion thereof; and that <br />Banister Engineering Company is hereby directed to prepare and submit <br />to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction <br />of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by ---1v1ember Shields <br /> <br />_' and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br />
