<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIm VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, ~~Y 10, 1965 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, May 10, 1965, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Goodrich then introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1212 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Highways proposes to <br />make certain improvements in County Ditch #2 in <br />portions of the Village of Roseville are within the <br />water shed area of this Village, or its tributaries, <br />as defined by the Village overall drainage plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville that the Village is willing to <br />consider participation in the County Ditch #2 project <br />in a cooperative approach with other agencies within <br />the water system. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken <br />thereon all present voted in favor thereof, whereupon the said resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of <br />the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have care- <br />fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of meeting <br />of the Council of said village held on May 10, 1965, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete <br />transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to agreement with Ramsey <br />County proposed improvements in County Ditch #2. <br /> <br />WITNESS ~N HAND as such Clerk and the corporate seal of said village <br />this 12th day of May, 1965. <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
