EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, May 10, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, May 10, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The foIling members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: Trustee Curley Member Shields then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1213 WrlEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of all streets in the North Hills Addition by surfacing and installation of curb and gutter was duly presented to the Council on the 19th day of April, 1965; and WHEREA~ pursuant to Resolution No. 1201 adopted by the Council on April 19, 1965, a report has been prepared by the Village Public Works Director with reference to this improvement and this report was received by the Council on May 10, 1965; NOW, TIfEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of Rosevi11e, Minnesota: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council resolution adopted April 19, 1965 3. TIle Village Public Works Director, Lowell E. Odland, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He should prepare plans and specifications for making such improvement. The motion was seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon all present voted in favor thereof. Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
