<br />Form 2521 Rev. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 1217 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville duly held on the ~ day of May ,19~~ the follow- <br />ing Resolution was offered by Member Goodrich <br /> <br />seconded by <br /> <br />Memb er Graue 1 <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br />plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 118 <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 wi thin the corporate limits <br />of the Village of Roseville MjfI1C~ Interchange of T.R. 36 <br /> <br />~ under Hamline Ave. <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />identified as Layout oNo. 3D, S.P. 6212-43 (T.R. 36=118), <br /> <br />Interchange of T.R. 36 under Ramline Ave. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans! I as hereinafter used in <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br />particularly identified and described; <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number 118. renumbered Trunk Highway <br />Number 36 within the limits of the Village of Roseville be and <br />hereby are approved. <br />
