<br />Extract of Minutes of Meet1ng of the <br />Village Council of the Village of ~seville <br />aamsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re9ular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Htnnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the lOth <br /> <br />day of May, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Goodrich, <br /> <br />Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and the follOWing was absent: Curley. <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />fOllOWing resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1218 <br /> <br />RESOLl71'ION APpaOVING PLAIllS AlID <br />SPECIFICATIONS AI1D ORDERDIG <br />ADVERTISEMENT FO~ BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has prepared plaDS and <br /> <br />specifications for Commerce - Albert Street 1mprovement, Project <br /> <br />65-24, and Banister Engineering Company has prepared plans and <br /> <br />specifications for Commerce - Albert Street DDprovement, projects <br /> <br />65-25 and 65-26, and such plans and specifications have been <br /> <br />presented to the Council for approval1 <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT aESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF &OSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which ace <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />
