<br />Extract of Minutes of ~~eting of the <br />Village Council of the Village o~ Roseville <br />Kamsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of aoseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />d~ly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 10th <br /> <br />day of May, 1965, at 7:30 o.clock P.M. <br /> <br />The followin9 members were present: Cedarholm, Goodrich, <br /> <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Curley <br /> <br />Shields introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1219 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION O!U>ERING PREPAAATION OF <br />REPORT ONv~ALNUT STREET IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT 65-32 <br /> <br />~VHEREAS it is proposed to improve that portion of Walnut <br /> <br />Street lying generally between Rose Place and County ~ad C by <br /> <br />grading, filling and constructing the road bed, together with <br /> <br />bituminous surfacing, curb and necessary drainage appurtenances <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br /> <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to ~dnnesota Statutes, Chapter <br /> <br />429 as amended. <br /> <br />NOVI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister <br />
