<br />Form 2521 Rev. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N O. 1223 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville duly held on the ...l.Z.t.h.. day of May , 1~.2., the follow- <br /> <br />ing Resolution was offered by <br /> <br />Member Curl~y <br /> <br />seconded by <br /> <br />Member Graue 1 <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br /> <br />plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number li8 <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 within the corporate limits <br />of the Village of Rosevilie from the Western Ave. <br />Rice St. <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />identified as Layout No. 29i S.P. 6212-79 (T.H.36=118), from <br />Western Ave. to Rice St. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Villae:e Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br />particularly identified and described; <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preli.minary plans for the <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered Trunk Highway <br />Number 36 within the limits of the Village of Rosevilie be and <br />hereby are approved. <br />
