<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N 0 F <br />NO. 1224 <br />Vi II age of Rosev ill e <br />(Village, City, Town or County) <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />The Village Council , hereaftel <br />(Village or City Council, Town Board or County Board) <br /> <br />known as the governing body, of the VillaQe of <br />(Village, City, Town or County: <br /> <br />Rosev ill e <br /> <br />, hereafter known as the Community, <br /> <br />(Name) <br />hereby requests that the Department of Business Development, <br />State of Minnesota, make application for an urban planning assist- <br />ance grant from the Federal Housing and Home Finance Agency, as <br />authorized under Section 701 of the Housing Act of 1954, as <br />amended, for the purpose of providing planning assistance to the <br />community. The governing body of the ~~unity hereby agrees to <br />contribute # 3,234 in cash and $ J,oUU in services of <br />employees of the community to the Department of Business Develop- <br />ment, when it is required, for the planning purposes as herein- <br />after set forth. The community contribution, as herein specified: <br />represents one-third of the cost of the proposed planning work. <br />The Villogf! Manager is hereby authorized and dir-- <br />(Official of Community) <br />ected on behalf of the community to enter into an agreement with <br />the Department of Business Development, State of Minnesota, in <br />furtherance of its request for federal matching funds for <br />planning purposes. The money so contributed and the services so <br />pledged shall be available for expenditure and use by the <br />Department of Business Development, State of Minnesota, when they <br />have secured a matching federal grant.
