EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 7, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 7, 1965, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields and the following member absent: Trustee Goodrich Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1227-A WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Minnesota did pass Chapter 598, Laws 1965; AND WHEREAS, approval of the Village Council was necessary pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 645.02 and 645.021 to make such Chapter 598 applicable to the Village of Roseville; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of RoseviUe, Minnesota, that Chapter 598, Laws 1965, is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members present voted in favor of the resolution and no one voted against the same. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA) ) SS COUNTY OF ~fSEY ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, hedd on the 7th day of June, 1965, with the original on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution approving the LegiSlature's passage of Chapter 598 regard- ing the Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association.
