EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, t.uNNESOTA HELD JUNE 14, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 14th day of June, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Trustee Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1241 A WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Minnesota did pass laws 1965, Chapter 577; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 645.02 and 645.021 require approval of the local governing body for Laws 1965, Chapter 577 to apply to the Village of Roseville; NOW, THERE FOHE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that Laws 1965, Chapter 577 are hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All present and the following against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
