EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 14, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of June, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Goodrich, Graue 1 and Shie Ids and the following were absent: None Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1242 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET PETITION - CENTENNIAL DRIVE, NORTH PASCAL AVENUE AND TERRACE DRIVE Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requested in the improvement of Centennial Drive between the center line of Hamline Avenue and the center line of Pascal Avenue, Pascal Avenue between the center line of Centennial Drive and the center line of Terrace Drive and Terrace Drive between the center line of Pascal Avenue and the center line of Hamline Avenue by construction of concrete curb and gutter and bituminous surfacing, filed with the Council on June 14, 1965, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in conforming to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director and he is hereby instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed,advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be made as proposed mr in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
