M. <br /> <br />Tbe follOwing members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1248 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REU.TING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. .-.l- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Poseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ..l..... as last <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br /> <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes co:rmnending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
