<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 14, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 14, 1965, at <br />7: 30 p. m . The following members were pre sent: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1253 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A SECTION OF THE CUL-DE-SAC <br />ON TRANSIT AVENUE IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by an excess of Fifty Per Cent <br />of the land owners adjoining the section of the street hereinafter set <br />forth has been submitted to the Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to motion made and passed by the <br />Village Council for the Village of Roseville I setting the time for a public <br />hearing on such vacation for June 7, 1965 at 7: 30 p. m. in the Council <br />Chambers of the Village of Roseville Village Hall, a public hearing was <br />duly and regularly held; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That portion of the cul-de-sac on Transit Avenue as <br />hereinafter set forth is hereby vacated as a public street, said section <br />hereby vacated being legally described as follows, to-wit: <br />
