EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD June 14, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 14th day of June, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Trustee Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: P~SOLUTION NO. 1254 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON LOVE LL STREE T BE TWEEN DALE AND ST. AL BAN S Be it resolved by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Lovell Street between the centerline of Dale Street and the center line of St. A1bans Street by surfacing and installation of curb and gutter, filed with the Council on June 14, 1965, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of the owners of property effected thereby. Declaration is made in conforming to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the pro- posed improvement is feasible, as to whether it best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Shields and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All present and the following against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
