<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLEj !\'IINNESOTAj HELD JUNE 21j 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Rosevillej Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 21st day of <br />June, 1965j at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley then introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1255 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CO~lMERCE - ALBERT STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT, PROJECTS 65-24, 65-25 and 65-26 <br /> <br />~lliEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Commerce - Albert <br />Street Improvement, Projects 65-24, 65-25 and 65-26, according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of <br />said village, said bids were received on June 10, 1965, at 11:30 <br />o'clock A.M., opened and tabulated according to law and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Dunkley Surfacing Company <br />Alexander Construction Company <br />Walbon Excavating Company <br />Hennepin BlackTopping CompanYj Inc. <br />T. Moore Company <br /> <br />$107,635.94 <br />111,770.07 <br />116,195.75 <br />126,039.03 <br />130,183.42 <br />135,189.48 <br />141,351.06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it appears that Dunkley Surfacing Company of Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of <br />$107,635.94, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT llliSOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with Dunkley Surfacing Company for <br />$107,635.94 in the name of the Village of Roseville for <br />Commerce - Albert Street Improvement, Projects 65-24, 65-25 <br />and 65-26 according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the Village Council and on file in the <br />office of the Village CleTK. <br />
