EXTRACf OF IvlINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JilliE 21, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Vi 11 age on Monday, the 21st day of June, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Trustee Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1257 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS A1>JD ORDERING ADVERTISE~:IENT FOR BIDS ~~iEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on May 3, 1965, Banister Engineering Company has prepared plans and specifications for Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 65-9 and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertise- ment shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Village Clerk and Public Works Director at 11:30 o'clock A.M. on July IS, 1965, in the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable to the clerk for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of such bid and that the advertisement shall state a completion date of November 1, 1965.
