<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. HELD JUNE 21, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on June 21 , 1965, at 7 :30 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING CERTAIN REMAINING INSTALLMENTS <br />OF ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER NO. 1 AND SANITARY SEWER NO. <br />3, ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLEt MINNESOTA. <br />IN 1964: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village acquired an ownership <br />interest in certain property for park site purposes, road <br />and storm sewer purposes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the time of said acquisition by the <br />Village of Roseville there were spread upon said properties <br />certain assessments for Sanitary Sewer No. 1 and Sanitary <br />Sewer No.3, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village now desires to cancel the <br />remaining installments due and payable in 1965 for said <br />special improvements for the property so acquired by the <br />Village: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
