Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and upon <br />public notice and hearing as therein required, the village has <br />ordered the eonstruc~ion of improvements designated as Street <br />lmprovement No. 64-1, Sanitary Sewer lmprovement No.5, Street <br />~n~ No. 64-3, Water Xmprovement No. 64-7, Improvement 65~26 <br />(Albert Street from County Road B to Commerce Street), Storm Sewer <br />Dmprovement Project No. 65-7, Improvement 65-25 (Commerce Street - <br />Pascal Avenue to Albert Street) and has advertised for bids and <br />will enter into contracts for a portion of such construction, and <br />the total cost thereof, including the cost of work under said <br />c~~acts and additional work to be performed, and all other <br />
