M. <br /> <br />The following members were presentg <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No 0 ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RElATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. L <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS" the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. L as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Nov. 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS" a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Xmprovement No. <br /> <br />2 <br />- <br /> <br />was beld on <br /> <br />Dec. 6, 1960 <br /> <br />at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. <br /> <br />2 <br />- <br /> <br />were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office <br /> <br />of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />Dec. 29, 1960 <br /> <br />and <br />
