EXTRACT OF MINUl'ES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, tillLD JUNE 24, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Thursday, the 24th day of June, 1965, at 4:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following was absent: Trustee Curley Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1264 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HAMLINE COURT ADDITION - STREET IMPROVEMENT 65-34 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Centennial Drive from the west line of Hmnline Avenue to the east line of Pascal Avenue, Pascal Avenue from the south line of Centennial Drive to the north line of Terrace Drive and Terrace Drive from the west line of Hamline Avenue to the east line of Pascal Avenue, by construction of a 36 foot asphalt street together with concrete curb and gutter, was duly presented to the council on the 14th day of June, 1965, mld ~1EREAS, pursuant to the resolution the council adopted on June 14, 1965, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to this improvement, and this report was received by the council on June 24, 1965; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Ttill VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The council finds and determines that such petition is signed by all mmers of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted June 24, 1965. 3. The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the engineer for said improvement, he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
