<br />EXTRACT OF MINUIES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD .mLY 6, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pmsuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 6, 1965, at <br />5: 30 p.m. The following members were present: ~t:1.yor Cedarholrn, <br />Trustees Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustees Curley and Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUfION NO. 1265 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO ROSEVILLE WATER CCMPANY OF <br />PURCHASE PRICE OF THE WAlER CG1PAlW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 5, 1964, the Village of Roseville and the <br />Roseville Water Company entered into an agreement by which the Roseville <br />Water Company agreed to sell and the Village of Roseville agreed to buy <br />the entire assets of the Roseville Water Company; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said agreement became final and binding by Resolution <br />adopted by the Roseville Village Council on September 14, 1964; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement the purchase price was to <br />be established by a Board of Arbitrators; and <br /> <br />~VHEREAS, By the terms of said agreement the Village is required to <br />tender the award in excess of $20,000.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 30, 1965, the Board of Arbitrators determined the <br />purchase price for the Roseville Water Company to be One Hundred Fifteen <br />Thousand Dollars ($115,000.00) <br /> <br />NOW, lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF 1HE VILLAeJ!: <br />OF ROSEVILlE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
