The Clerk also presented all seaJ.ed bids received at his off'ice <br /> <br />pursuant to notice of sale, prior to 1 :30 0 'clock P.M. this date, which bids were <br /> <br />then opened and publicly read and considered, and the highest and best .O}d of each <br /> <br />bidder was ascertained to be as follows: <br /> <br />First National Bank of Saint Paul <br />Piper, Jaffray & Hopwood, Minneapolis <br />J.
