<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul~r meeting of <br />the Village council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, the ll!h. day of ~ulv , 1965, at 7 .~o o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, curley, <br /> <br />Grauel and Shields: <br /> <br />and the vollowing were absent: Goodrich, <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing <br /> <br />at the public hearing for Improvement No. 65-32 (Walnut Street <br /> <br />Improvement) on July 12, 1965, Curley <br /> <br />then <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 1~63' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 65-32 <br />(Walnut street Improvement) <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hear- <br />ing on July 12, 1965, pursuant to published notice, on proposed <br />ImProvement 65-32 (Walnut street Improvement) consisting of the <br />construction of a 9 ton axle load bituminous street, curb and <br />gutter, and necessary storm drainage facilities, at a eost estimated <br />......t1, to be ..,.o~4..tely '50.6a6. all 8Ubstantially in accor- <br />dance with a prel:1lD1nary engineering report which is now on file <br />in the office of the Village Clerk7 and having considered the <br />views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the <br />
