<br />"' '.'~, -" ' ",: 'J" , .,. l.1:::.l.... <br /> <br />jl.l-3c.-:~/~d .'~t~~i-" ~0J l~.~~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING TAX LEVY AND PFiOVID ING FOR ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES <br /> <br />WHER1~, the Village Council of Roseville has determined that it is <br /> <br />necessary to build a garage for use in connecticn with the maintenance of <br /> <br />road equipment to be used in connecticn with the construction and maintenance <br /> <br />of roads within the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />AND vJIIEP~AS, there is not sufficient money in the road fund of the <br /> <br />Villaga with which to build a garage for use in connection with the rnain- <br /> <br />tenance of road equipment to be used in connection with the construction <br /> <br />and maintenance of roads within the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />AND \,lliEREAS, M.S.A. 412.261 authorizes any village to issue certificates <br /> <br />of indebtedness at any time after the first day of the year follo~ing the <br /> <br />making of an annual tax levy in anticipation of the collection of taxes <br /> <br />previously levied for any fund ane not yet collected; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COllNeIL OF RCSEVILLE, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Village Council herebs determines to issue and sell certificates <br />00 <br />of inoebtedness in the total sum of $~_~~a~in anticipation of the <br />collection of taxes levied in the year 1956 for the use and benefit of the <br />road fund during the year 1957.
