<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Noseville <br />"County of RamSE;lY <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of aoseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on <br /> <br />Monday, the 12th day of July, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The follOWing members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Curley, <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Trustee Graue 1 <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1270 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPitOYEMENTS NUMBERED <br />62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rose- <br /> <br />ville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the assessment roll for Conso~idated Water Improvements <br /> <br />Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as last finally amended and <br /> <br />adopted on October 12, 1964, was filed and certified to the County <br /> <br />Auditor of Ramsey County on December 28, 1964 for the purpose of <br /> <br />including installments thereof to be collected along with real <br /> <br />estate taxes commencing in 1965, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS a particular error has became evident in the afore- <br /> <br />described assessment roll, <br /> <br />NON THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of ~seville <br /> <br />does hereby amend the original assessment as contained in the <br /> <br />a~oredescribed assessment roll, as follows: <br />
