<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNEOOTA, HELD July l~, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 12, 1965 <br />at 7:30 P.M., C.D.S.T. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholrn, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />REOOLUTION NO. 1271 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has received a grant of $29,665.84 from the <br />United States Goverrment under the Federal Disaster Act for damage <br />incln'red in flooding during the period of March 1 through April 15, <br />1965 ; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, under emergency conditions it was necessary to expend monies <br />beyond those anticipated in the budget for the street department general fund <br />and sanitary sewer operating fund; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNE3ITA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Street Department General Fund budget be increased by <br />$2,510.85; <br /> <br />2. That the Sewer Operating Department budget be increased by the <br />sum of $27,145.00. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being taken thereon, all <br />members voted in favor of the resolution and no one voted against same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
