<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 28th day of september, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />'J'homasr and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8849 <br /> <br />1993 ROSE PARADE <br />AS PART OF <br />AlDWAL ROSEFEST CELEBRATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has held the annual Rosefest <br />Celebration for the past 12 years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has sponsored a successful parade since 1990 as <br />part of the annual Rosefest Celebration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City continues to support wholesome family fun and <br />activities; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville will <br />hold a parade on June 28, 1993 at 6:30 p.m., as part of the <br />annual Rosefest Celebration. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville authorizes the <br />City Parade Committee, under the supervision of the Roseville <br />Parks and Recreation Department, to organize, raise funds for, <br />and host the Rose Parade. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member 'P' Johnson , and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all present, <br />and the following voted against same: None, <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
