<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice tbereof, a <br /> <br />~eQU1a.r <br /> <br />meeting of tbe Village Council of the village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 12th day of July, 1965, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarho1m, <br /> <br />Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Shields <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1273 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON ROSEVILLE - FALCON HEIGHTS <br />JOINT STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville lying generally south of Skillman Avenue, West of <br /> <br />Aglen Street, East of Snelling Avenue and Hamline Avenue and <br /> <br />north of Larpenteur Avenue for the purpose of construction of <br /> <br />a storm sewer outlet and connecting storm sewers, and to assess <br /> <br />the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> <br />(Minn. Statutes 1961) <br />
