<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 15, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on July 15, 1965, at 4:30 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br />Trustees Grauel and Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1274 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Lumber and Wrecking Company <br />has agreed to co-operate with the Village of Roseville in <br />filling certain lands owned now by the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville is anxious and <br />desirous of having certain lands filled, provided that <br />the operation can be done in such a manner so as not to <br />create a nuisance, and that the Village Council retain <br />absolute control over said filling operations. <br /> <br />NOW1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Minnesota Lumber and Wrecking Company <br />is hereby given permission to place fill in the Roseville <br />Central Park area, which lies between Victoria Street and <br />Dale Street; and <br /> <br />2. <br />conditions: <br /> <br />This permit is limited by the following <br /> <br />a) That the Minnesota Lumber and <br />Wrecking Company shall contract with a competent <br />exterminating service and provide adequate rodent. <br />control, subject to the approval of Village Counc~l. <br />
