McLean Construction COJl)pany <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Forest Lake, Minnesota <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ ?Q J!i;C;l 7[, <br /> <br />NO\,v THEREFOaE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />$ 29,551.76 <br /> <br />R. D. McLean Construction for <br />Company <br />in the name of the Village oi <br /> <br />enter into a contract with <br /> <br />Roseville for Storm Sewer Improvement, Project No. 65-8, according <br /> <br />to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br /> <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br /> <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br /> <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Memher (.;r:m~ 1 <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
