<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 2, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 2, <br />1965, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the fOllowing members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1282 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, Inc. <br />910 Builders Exchange Building, Minneapolis, Minnesota, have developed <br />lip Ian Bulldozer", a program for disaster re lief and control for <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville wishes to participate with <br />Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, Inc., in said program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville wishes <br />to authorize the Village Mayor, Manager or Public Works Director to put <br />into effect such disaster relief program without the necessity of call- <br />ing a meeting of the Village Council, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Roseville Village Mayor, Manager or Public Works Director <br />is hereby designated and given authority to contact the Associated <br />General Contractors of Minnesota, Inc., 910 Builders Exchange Building, <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota, and to arrange for disaster relief and control <br />for the Village of Roseville in the event of any minor or major disaster <br />which, in the opinion of the Mayor, Manager or Public Works Director, <br />requires the assistance of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all of <br />the members voted in favor of the Resolution, and no one voted against <br />the same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
