<br />(Rroiss-Lakeview Addition), which report has been received by <br /> <br />the Council on August 2, 1965. The Council has considered the <br /> <br />improvement of such streets in accordance with the report, <br /> <br />consisting of the construction of hot mix asphalt paving and <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, boulevard sodding and boulevard trees, <br /> <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all of the cost of <br /> <br />the improvement pursuant to M.S., Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> <br />(Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of <br /> <br />the improvement of $44,898.88; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was <br />signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets <br />named as the location of the improvement. <br /> <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br /> <br />3. The village engineer is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by <br /> <br />Nuber Gr.e1 <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />All p......t <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
