NOW, THEREFORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TaB VILLAGE OF ROSBVILLB, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineer- ing Company for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way a8 to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connec- tion with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against the same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
