<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 9, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 9, 1965 at <br />7: 3 0 P. ill. The following members were pre sent: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />Re solution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1~Q,~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE INSTALLMENT DUE IN THE <br />YEAR 1976 FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 4, 1957, the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville adopted a resolution authorizing the installation <br />of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I, which was to run for twenty (20) <br />years at five per cent {5%} per annum; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there appears to be an error of not more than <br />nineteen cents (19fi) on each of the properties shown on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto for the installment payable in the year 1976; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />does now desire to rectify said error so as to make the correct amount <br />due and payal2l1e in the year 1976, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
