EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 28th day of September, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson, and the fOllowing were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8851 APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 69793 BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND MNDOT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: For installation of emergency vehicle pre-emption at the new traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No.35W--County State Aid Highway No. 46 (Cleveland Avenue) at County State Aid Highway No. 25 (County Road B) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 69793, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to executive such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
