<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 16, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof I a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Ro seville I Minne sota I wa s <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 16, <br />1965, at 7: 30 p. m . The following members were pre sent: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shie Ids introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1294 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville desires to purchase the <br />following legally described property for a public purpose, namely I as <br />a park and recreation site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property is presently tax delinquent and has <br />been forfeited to the State for nonpayment of taxes, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Village of Roseville make application to the <br />Commissioner of Taxation to acquire the following legally described <br />tax delinquent and tax forfeited property: <br /> <br />Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) I Block <br />Five (5), McCarron's Addition, according to <br />the plat thereof on file and of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for <br />Ramsey County I Minne sota. <br />
