<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the village of aoseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 16th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Trustee Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1295 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT POR BIDS <br />ON WALNt1l' STREET IMPROVEMENT, PRQ1ECT NO. 65-32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br /> <br />Council on July 12, 1965, Banister Engineerihg Co. bas prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Walnut Street Dnprovement, Project <br /> <br />No. 65-32 and have presented such plans and specifications to <br /> <br />the Council for approval, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />
