<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br />16th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following ~e~bers were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. <br />and the following were absent: none <br />Goodrich introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1296 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-40 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />l. A certain petition requesting the construction of an <br />all-weather roadway including surfacing, curb, gutter and <br />necessary storm drainage over a strip of land sixty feet (60') <br />in width perpendicular to and beginning at the East line of <br />Fairview Avenue at a point which is eight hundred feet (800') <br />South of, the center line of County. Road C-2; thence extending <br />eastward from said Fairview Avenue a distance of approximately <br />One Thousand One Hundred Feet (1100') and there terminating, is <br />hereby declared to be signed ,by the required percentage of <br />owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made <br />in conformity to Minnesota Statutes 429.035. <br /> <br />2. 'The petition is hereby referred to Banister Engineering <br />Company and they are in$truited to report to the council with <br />all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement i~ feasible and as to <br />
