<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Nv ,,0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for the changing of certain locations <br />of sewers to be installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of a sanitary sewers, together with ingress and egress over <br />and through the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />A strip of land 20 feet in width, the center line <br />commencing at a point on the Northwest line of <br />Lot 26, Thornton1s Subdivision, said point lying <br />271 feet distant southwesterly from the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot, thence South 570 East approxi- <br />mately 205 feet to a point on the Southeast line, <br />said point being 288 feet distant southwesterly from <br />the Northeast corner of said lot. <br /> <br />RESOLVED" further, that Beldin H.
