M. <br /> <br />16th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Aul:1.:ust <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1303 <br /> <br />RESOLlJrION RELATING ro AP1QRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIJI.TING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, N[nnesota, <br /> <br />as follows; <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. l as last <br />finally amended and adopted on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes connnending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, bave since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
