The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in <br />the Construction Bulletin; an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertise- <br />ment shall be pUblished as required by law, shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash <br />payment for such work, shall state that bids will be opened and <br />considered by the Village Clerk and Village PUblic Works Director <br />at 11'~O o' clock L.M. on 20th of Octohe11965 in the Council <br />Chambers of the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit or certified check payable to the clerk for ten per cent <br />(10%) of the amount of such bid and that the advertisement shall <br />state a completion date of Nov<;lmber 15, 1965 . <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Trustee Shields, and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
