EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL !l-1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 30, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 30, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members w~re absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1308 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Maple Lane between Aldine Street and Wheeler Street by installation of concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on August 30, 1965, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percent- age of owners of real property affected thereby. The declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village Public Works Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of tile foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
