<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL !l-1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 30, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 30, 1965, <br />at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members w~re absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1308 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Maple Lane <br />between Aldine Street and Wheeler Street by installation of <br />concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on August 30, <br />1965, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percent- <br />age of owners of real property affected thereby. The declaration <br />is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village Public Works <br />Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of tile foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
